Reporting to the Pension Fund under the new rules

Reporting to the Pension Fund shall be submitted quarterly no later than the 15th day of the second month following the reporting period. That is, reporting to the Pension Fund for the 1st quarter shall be no later than may 15, for the 2nd quarter – August 15, for the 3rd quarter – November 15. Reporting to the Pension Fund shall be submitted quarterly no later than the 15th day of the second month following the reporting period. In 2013, the reporting for the Pension Fund includes the following forms:
RSV-1.
Szv 6-4.
ADV 6-5.
ADV 6-2.
Filling RSV-1
Form RSV-1 has several sections that reflect information on accrued and paid insurance contributions to the insurance and funded part of the pension, and the Fund of obligatory medical insurance. The procedure for completing the RSV-1 form in 2013 is almost the same as the procedure for completing this form in 2012.
In section 1 you should specify the information on the accrued and paid contributions, highlighting separately the amount of contributions accrued with amounts in excess of the maximum value of base, and paid for the previous calculation periods.

In the second section of the RSV-1 form, it is necessary to provide a detailed calculation of the accrued amounts of insurance contributions for mandatory pension and medical insurance.
For example, the amount of payments for the 2nd quarter in the company was 99 283,89 rubles (28 313,96 – for April, 36 666,67 – for may, 34 303,26 – for June). In June, the total amount of sick leave was 1,540. 10 rubles. Based on these data, section 2 of the RSV-1 form will look as follows.

Section 3 is filled in by the organizations applying the reduced rate for payment of insurance premiums. Section 4 reflects the amount of additional insurance premiums accrued from the beginning of the settlement period.
RSV-1 form must be printed and saved to a file.
Filling of szv 6-4
The form of information on the amount of payments and other remuneration, accrued and paid insurance premiums and insurance experience in 2013 has changed significantly. Change szv szv 6-1 and 6-2 come szv 6-4.
Szv 6-4 is formed for each employee and has three bookmarks:
Information about the amount of payments.
In this tab, you must fill in the amount of payments to the employee for each month of work in the enterprise. Filling of ADV 6-5
When SVV 6-4 is filled in for each employee, it is possible to form an inventory of documents of information on the amount of payments and other rewards, on accrued and paid insurance premiums and insurance experience of insured persons transferred by the policyholder to the FIU in the form of ADV 6-5.
This list shall contain data on the amount of payments in favor of workers, and also on the added and paid amounts of insurance premiums for insurance and cumulative part of labor pension. Moreover, these indicators should be equal to the corresponding final indicators of the RSV-1 form.

Szv 6-4 and ADV 6-5 are prepared electronically and printed. ADV 6-5 is placed on top of the SVV 6-4 forms for each employee. This package of documents is stitched according to the rules of the firmware.
Filling of ADV 6-2
The inventory of the data transferred by the policyholder in the form of ADV 6-2 represents the list of packs of the documents submitted to the Pension Fund. ADV 6-2 is also formed in paper and electronic form.
The final indicators of the form of ADV 6-2 and the final indicators of the form RSV-1 should also coincide.
